Terms of service
Last updated 2 June 2026
These terms cover your use of Ainola, a macOS app. By installing or using it you agree to them.
Who you are buying from
Ainola is published and licensed by M STREET MUSIC, obrt za usluge, vl. Kristijan Sinković, Magistratska 21/1, 49000 Krapina, Croatia (OIB 24673676587). Your purchase itself is sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, so your payment contract is with Lemon Squeezy while your license to use the app is granted by M Street Music. For anything about the app, write to [email protected].
License
A license is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Every plan unlocks the full app and differs only in how many Macs you can activate at once, which your license key manages. You can move an activation between Macs you own. Licenses are for your own use.
Free trial
Ainola offers a 14-day free trial. No card and no account are required. When the trial ends, buy a license to keep using the paid features.
Acceptable use
Do not resell, redistribute or share your license key, and do not attempt to bypass licensing. Use the app only on devices you own or control.
Your plugin setup
Ainola enables and disables plugins by renaming files in a reversible way. You remain responsible for your own plugin library, your backups and your host configuration. Always keep a backup of important work.
No warranty
Ainola is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Ainola is digital content supplied immediately, so at checkout you give your express consent to begin delivery of your license at once and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. We confirm this with your order. The free trial lets you test the app fully before you pay. Anything outside this is handled case by case, see our refund policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Croatia. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
