This policy explains how refunds work for Ainola.

How refunds are handled

Purchases and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for every order. Because Ainola is digital content delivered immediately and comes with a free trial, refunds after purchase are considered case by case rather than guaranteed.

Try before you buy

Ainola comes with a 14-day free trial that needs no card, so you can confirm it works for your setup before paying. We encourage you to use it.

How to request a refund

Reply to your purchase receipt email, or write to [email protected] with your order details, and we will help you through Lemon Squeezy.

What happens after a refund

When an order is refunded, the license is deactivated and Ainola locks on its next online check. Your plugins are not affected: any changes you made stay reversible in the app while a trial or a valid license is active.

Your statutory rights

Where EU or Croatian consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase or to a refund, that right always applies regardless of this policy. Any refund due is issued by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, normally within 14 days of an accepted request.
